This fantastic pasta dish starts with turkey hindquarters that are braised in white wine until falling off the bone. The delicious braising liquid is reduced a little to concentrate the flavor even more, then we add herbs and the shredded turkey and drape it all over wide house made pasta ribbons. Served with wilted greens and fresh grated Parmesan
