This will be served like our Bun Cha, but with grilled beef instead of pork! Thinly sliced beef is marinated with delicious Vietnamese/Thai flavors, then very quickly grilled over screaming hot coals. The steak is served atop a delicious blend of salad greens and herbs, pickled green papaya/vegetables, chilled rice noodles and a tangy fresh squeezed lemon, garlic, and fish sauce dressing. This dish is cool, delicious, and wonderful to enjoy during these hot days!
