Description

Diced pork is dredged in seasoned flour, then browned off nicely, then tossed with mirepoix (carrots, celery, and onions), some rich pork stock, and red wine. The pork is braised low and slow until perfectly tender and succulent. We then serve it over mashed potatoes with thickened braising liquid, herbs, and green beans
