One of our favorite lunches in the kitchen is this fried rice. We like it so much, we decided to share it with you! Your lower carb rice (it’s lower because there is more veg and protein than rice!) will be a mixture of long grain white rice and black rice that will come with lots of different, flavorful, and colorful veggies. We will also add lots of diced BBQ pork and egg, and send you a side of tamari to drizzle if you’d like!
