The bone is carefully removed from natural chicken legs before we stuff each one with ground chicken, garlic, and dried mushrooms. The legs are roasted and glazed with sweet and spicy Korean style BBQ sauce made with gochujang, a fermented chili paste, which is delicious! The drumsticks come with Korean scallion pancakes (pa jeon), and sesame spinach. Spicy level 4/10.
