Description

Our version of this Korean classic is made with thinly sliced pork tenderloin marinated in a mixture of Korean soy sauce, garlic, and doenjang (a fermented pepper paste). The spicy pork is served with sticky rice and kim chee (nappa cabbage that is lightly fermented with garlic, ginger, scallions, and crushed Korean red pepper)
