These grass-fed beef meatballs are traditionally made with veal, but we are feeling like age wins over youth in this case! These tender morsels are made with house ground beef and are coated in a succulent sauce made with Hungarian paprika, caramelized onions, mushrooms, sour cream, and dill which is served draped over our creamy mashed potatoes, and served with sweet peas.
