Kee Mao is a popular noodle dish served throughout Thailand and the direct translation is “drunkards noodles”. Our version is made with wide rice noodles stir fried in a garlic chili sauce with eggs, broccoli, bok choy, bell peppers and lots of fresh Thai basil. This dish is a tiny bit sweet, a little spicy, and a lot delicious. Spice level 5/10
