This delicacy is the national dish of Ethiopia. We start with boneless chicken thigh stewed with bere bere (basically, it’s a spicy North African curry blend which we make using over a dozen freshly toasted and ground spices and chilies), butter, onions, garlic, ginger, and finished with a boiled egg. Comes with traditional Ethiopian injera flatbread. Spice level 5/10
