Hand formed dumplings made with spinach, flour, and organic eggs, mixed gently with ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. Topped with a traditional white sauce (bechamel) scented with porcini mushrooms and freshly grated whole nutmeg. This dish will require baking for best results.
